Organic in South Florida

Last week, I spent several days in South Florida, about an hour north of Miami, and was very impressed with the quality of organic options that I was able to enjoy.
Needless to say, I ate real well and can’t wait to go back.

Organic Coffee on My Mind

Living on a farm in Italy taught me to worship fine coffee. There was nothing better than when my local cafe would serve espresso with a slither of lemon rind and a splash of Sambuca.

Any day with coffee is a good day. Yes, I’m one of those.
